Sameh Ibrahim

Sameh Ibrahim was born in 1985 in Minia, Egypt, and raised in a Presbyterian family. His family relocated to Alexandria in 1999. He is married to Ester Zareef, and they have two daughters, Karen and Lara.

Sameh earned a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo (ETSC) in 2006 and was ordained as a pastor in 2007. He served in pastoral ministry for sixteen years (2007–2023). In 2012, he completed a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (M.A.T.S.) in Biblical Studies at ETSC.

In 2019, Sameh received a Master of Theology (Th.M.) in Biblical Studies from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia.

Sameh began doctoral studies (PhD) in Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky, in 2023.
