Biography

I grew up in a Presbyterian family in the United States in Kansas.  As a youth, I had many wonderful people exemplify the love of Christ to me.  I began to feel called into full-time ministry during my time at Princeton University working as a youth leader during my summer vacations.  I met my wife Elisabeth in college and we attended both Princeton Theological Seminary and the University of Edinburgh together.  My passion and vocation is training leaders for the church in the Middle East.  I feel privileged to participate in God’s work of equipping “the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity, to the measure of the full stature of Christ” Ephesians 4:12-13.
